Product Director
Tim Grant brings 25 years of operational management experience in manufacturing, product development and sales as Product Director for AutoVentive. Tim’s main focus areas include team development, product enhancement and expansion and technology leadership promotion to showcase AutoVentive as a key innovator in its field.
Before joining the AutoVentive team, Tim excelled in various leadership roles at Lacks Enterprises, Inc., a global designer, manufacturer and distributor in the automotive industry, where he gained experience in quality, engineering, plant management and product development. He has also successfully led manufacturing teams through turnarounds and startups in multiple locations.
Tim is an auto-racing and sports enthusiast and enjoys attending sports events, particularly baseball and auto-racing. As a history buff, he loves traveling to historic battlefields and sites. Tim has recently taken up paddle boarding and enjoys being on the water with his wife, Dana, and good friends.
